Established in the year 1932, the club actively participates in the Jordanian Pro League, which represents the apex of Jordanian football. Recognized by the sobriquet "the Blue Eagles," the club's origins trace back to its founding under the moniker Al-Ashbal Club in the same year, 1932.

In 1941, Al-Faisaly realized the need for a substantial budget upon their restart. To address this imperative, they decided to issue a charity lottery and established a committee. This committee's mission was to secure official approval from Jordanian Army Chief John Bagot Glubb, allowing them to sell lottery tickets to the enthusiastic Jordanian army units aligned with the club's national objectives. The cultural committee later presided over by Mr. Ahmad Al-Tarawneh and counting lawyers Subhi Al-Qutb and Mamdouh Al-Sarayra among its members, actively participated in the lottery distribution campaign. As a result, they successfully collected 3,700 Jordanian dinars at the time. This amount proved adequate to acquire a piece of land adjacent to the Islamic Scientific College, presently situated in Jabal Amman near the "First" Circle and "Rainbow" Street. With the necessary resources secured, they were poised to rebuild the club and officially reintroduce it as Al-Faisaly.
